Selling or Renting a Property
Advertisers who place an advertisement with Dream Country Homes must agree to ALL of these Terms and Conditions.   These include:

-          the description of the property or land must be true, accurate and not misleading in any way

-          the Seller must be the legal owner of the property or land or must have Power of Attorney on behalf of the Owner

-          the Advertiser takes all responsibility of any errors or inaccuracies contained within the webpage and listing. 

-          Dream Country Homes are not liable in any way for any errors, inaccuracies or falsehoods contained within this website.

-          the Advertiser must hold the copyright of all images provided or to have permission from the copyright holder before  submitted these images to Dream Country Homes.  Dream Country Homes have no liability in the event of a breach of copyright

Advertising Content: Dream Country Homes reserve the right to edit or amend the copy or images supplied by the Advertiser.
If the content is deemed misleading, inaccurate or inappropriate in any way then Dream Country Homes reserve the right to edit or to refuse to publish the advertisement.  If your advertisement is refused then you will be notified.  If appropriate the Advertiser will be given the opportunity to rectify the problem.  Dream Country Homes reserve the right to refuse to publish or to cancel any advertisement without giving a reason.  Dream Country Homes also reserve the right to advertise the property for sale on other websites. 

Advertisers of property for sale are allowed to include a web link which must be relevant and related to the sale of the property but must NOT be to an estate agents or other commercial site.  

The Advertiser is responsible for the content and accuracy of the content of the listing and the webpage advertising the property or land.   Dream Country Homes are not responsible for any inaccuracies or misleading information contained within the advertisements, webpages, listings or links.

The Advertiser is responsible for ensuring that their contact details in the advertisement are correct and up to date.  Dream Country Homes are not responsible for any unwanted contact which is made as a result of the Advertiser’s contact details being published on Dream Country Homes.  Unwanted contact includes but is not restricted to spam email, sales emails or telephone calls or time wasters.

Privacy: Dream Country Homes do NOT sell or pass on the contact details of Advertisers.   All personal information is stored securely. 

Photographs
Advertisers who provide photographs or imagery in any format must have copyright or permission to reproduce these images.  By providing Dream Country Homes with images you are agreeing that we can legally reproduce the images.  By submitting these images either electronically or by post to Dream Country Homes you give your permission to reproduce these images online and in any promotional material which may include press advertising and brochures.  It is the sole responsibility of the Advertiser and not Dream Country Homes to ensure that the photographs or images can be legally reproduced.   If the photographs were taken by a professional photographer or a business such as an estate agency then their permission MUST be sought before submitting the photographs to Dream Rural Homes.   If this permission is not obtained prior to the publication of the images by Dream Country Homes then the Seller will be deemed to have infringed the copyright legislation and Dream CountryHomes will not be responsible or liable in any way.

Photographs and images which are sent by post are sent at the Senders own risk.  We cannot be held responsible for any items which are lost, damaged or delayed by the postal service.  We recommend sending photographs by recorded delivery.   If you require the return of photographs or images then please include a suitably stamped addressed envelope.   Dream Country Homes will endeavour to return your photographs safely.  However Dream Country Homes cannot be held responsible for the loss, delay or damage of your photographs.  Thus if the Advertiser posts photographs to Dream Country Homes for scanning then this is done at the Advertiser’s own risk and no liability whatsoever can be held by Dream Country Homes.

Time Frame – Property for Sale only
Advertisements for property or land for sale are published until the Advertiser contacts Dream Country Homes by email to ask for the advertisement to removed.  The Advertiser is required to notify Dream Country Homes when the property is sold or taken off the market. 

Time Frame – Property for Rent only
Advertisements for property or land for rent are published for a period of 12 months starting from the date published.  You will be notified prior to the completion of this agreement with the option of renewing the advertisement.  

Liability Disclaimer: The entire liability of Dream Country Homes for any claim shall not exceed the price of the advertisements supplied by Dream Country Homes.

Dream Country Homes cannot be held responsible if an advertised property fails to sell or rent.  Similarly Dream Country Homes cannot be held responsible if any advertised property fails to generate enquiries or leads. Every effort has been made to ensure that this website is free from any computer viruses or similar.  However Dream Country Homes or their agents cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss incurred by using this website.

In no event will we, our employees, contractors, suppliers, agents, affiliates or assigns be liable to ANY party for any indirect or direct or consequential or incidental costs arising out of or in connection with this agreement, web content or website links.

Third Party Links: Dream Country Homes are not be responsible nor liable for your use of any other websites which may be accessed via links within this website.  Dream Rural Homes are not responsible for their content.  Any such links are provided  as a service to users of this website and their inclusion in this website does not constitute an endorsement by Dream Country Homes.

Copyright : Our website design, layout, logo, copy, content, imagery, text  and these Terms and Conditions cannot be copied or edited without our express prior written permission.   The entire website is protected under copyright legislation.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.  Disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
